Leaving them out of policy spaces means losing perspectives that matter in decision-making.

This is why KESA joined the Institute of Economic Affairs today for a ladies-only workshop, the second in a series of five.

The session is designed to capture youth perspectives and assess their literacy in policy, evidence use, and policy processes.

IEA has created this space for young women to reflect on how they engage with policy to influence change.

It also allowed them to share honest views on the barriers they face and the steps they can take to play an active role in shaping solutions.

Participants included young women from diverse backgrounds as well as early-career professionals working in government, non-profits, and the private sector.
